Dear Parents and Guardians,
I am writing to inform you that we still have a number of spaces available on our upcoming visit to the production of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” on 4th December at the Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury. This is an exciting opportunity that we are now offering to all Year 7 and 8 students to experience a traditional pantomime, which promises to be both enjoyable and educational.
The cost of the trip is £30, which covers transport and entry to the performance. We kindly ask that this payment is made via ParentPay by 17th September, and the consent form attached to parent pay is completed, to secure your child’s place. If you have already made the payment and filled in the consent form you will not need to do anything else. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve spaces for students, and these will be given out on a first come first serve basis. Should you require any assistance in accessing ParentPay, please do not hesitate to contact the college administration team, who will be more than happy to help. We also ask that you complete the consent form attached below.
On the day of the trip, students will need to return to school by 5PM, allowing them sufficient time to eat before they need to be back at school. We will also be able to provide a space for students to eat if they wish to remain at school but all students will need to provide their own food for this time. Once students are registered we will depart the school and anticipate arriving at the Marlowe Theatre for 6:30PM. The performance will commence shortly after our arrival, and we expect to return to the academy with an estimated arrival time of 10:30 PM. All students will be expected to be in school the next day without exception, failure to do will result in students not being able to participate in future trips.
