At Leigh Academy Strood, we take great pleasure in celebrating the successes of our pupils as well as our dedicated staff members. Each week, we host a ‘shout out’ session where staff members have the opportunity to nominate one another for their exceptional contributions to the academy community. This initiative not only enhances staff morale but also ensures that outstanding work is recognised and appreciated, fostering a positive and encouraging working environment for everyone involved.
We are excited to extend this celebration to our wider community by inviting parents and carers to nominate members of our academy staff for recognition. This provides an opportunity for you to highlight the hard work and dedication you see from our team and strengthens the partnership between home and school.
We are tremendously proud of our staff and the significant impact they have on our pupils’ education and well-being.
