Update on Uniform and Delivery Issues

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are writing to you today to provide an update on our school uniform. First and foremost, we want to extend our sincerest gratitude for your patience and support during this period. We understand that there have been some issues with uniform deliveries, which has caused frustration for many families.

We want to reassure you that we are here to support all of our pupils. Please know that no student will be penalised for not having the full and correct uniform at this time. Our priority is to ensure a smooth and positive start to the new term for everyone. If your child is still waiting for their uniform, please have them come to school in their previous uniform or a suitable, plain alternative (e.g., a plain black or grey jumper and trousers/skirt).

To provide more clarity on the delivery timelines, we have received the following update from our uniform supplier:

  • 100% of pre-deadline orders placed by Friday, August 1st, have been delivered.
  • We are pleased to confirm that orders placed up to and including Wednesday, August 13th, have also been successfully delivered, well ahead of our standard lead times.
  • Orders placed up to August 22nd will be dispatched by the end of next week.
  • The current lead time for all orders is up to 21 days.
