Dear Year 11 Parents,
We are delighted to share details of a new initiative aimed at supporting and motivating our Year 11 students during this critical period of preparation for their final exams.
Beginning Monday 17th November, your child will be participating in the Year 11 Christmas Challenge Card. This initiative encourages students to achieve ‘the perfect week’ by meeting three key targets:
- Attending three dedicated intervention sessions.
- Maintaining positive achievement points.
- Achieving 100% attendance for the week.
For every ‘perfect week’ they achieve between now and Friday 12th December when the card must be handed in, their name will be entered into a special Christmas Draw to win Amazon gift vouchers.
This challenge is a fantastic way to encourage focus, commitment, and consistent effort in the final run-up to their exams.
Crucially, this card will also act as their privilege card, granting them access and exit (on Wednesdays) via the front door.
Please take a moment to discuss this challenge with your child and encourage them to strive for as many ‘perfect weeks’ as possible.
We look forward to celebrating their hard work and rewarding them at Christmas!
