Dear Parents/Carers,
We are writing to inform you of an adjustment to our Homework policy, designed to provide more immediate support for students as they tackle their assignments.
As of Monday, December 1st, 2025, Homework Clinic for any missed homework will now be held on the same day that the homework clinic is logged by the class teacher in room 132. If a homework clinic is logged during Period 6, the Homework Clinic will take place the following school day.
As is our usual procedure, students who are not able to attend their scheduled Homework Clinic on the designated day must report this to their respective College. This notification is essential so that the clinic can be formally reset to a later, suitable date and that a further consequence is not issued.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind all parents and students that our dedicated lunch and after-school homework clubs held in department areas remain available. Students are always welcomed to attend these clubs if they struggle with any homework. These clubs provide an excellent, informal setting for additional assistance and study support.
