Dear Year 9 Parents and Carers,
Further to our options evening Thursday 12th March please find below the link to our options form.
Please include the name of your child in the form and only complete this once – should a mistake be made or your child changes their mind regarding their option, there will be an opportunity to rectify this later in Module 5. You will notice that there is also a ‘Reserve Option 1’ and ‘Reserve Option 2’ which we ask you complete in the unlikely event we can no longer offer the particular option chosen.
The deadline for completing this form is Friday 27th March and in the meantime, the senior leadership team will be meeting with pupils to discuss their potential choices and discuss any further questions they may have.
Final confirmation of choices will be sent to you at the beginning of Module 5.
