It is the aim of The Leigh Academy Strood to not only encourage your daughter/son in their academic studies but also to provide students with opportunities to develop their international mindedness, whilst increasing their physical fitness and experiencing environments outside of their daily experience. We are therefore proposing to organise a school ski visit to Claviere within the first week of the Easter holidays in 2027, available to 40 students currently in years 7, 8 and 9.
Date: Depart on Saturday 27th March 2027 – Return on Saturday 3rd April 2027
Resort: Claviere, Italy (Hotel Miramonti)

This price is inclusive of:
- Return coach travel from school to resort
- Return channel crossings, Dover and Calais
- 5 nights full board accommodation including lunches
- 5 day lift pass (including 2 day access to Montgenevre)
- 5 days hire of skis, boots, poles and helmets
- 5 hours of ski tuition hours per day

First deposit (non refundable £200) payable by Friday 13th February 2026
Interim payments £145 to be paid by end of March 2026

If you would like to register your interest in your child attending, please complete the permission form here by Friday 30th January.
Should your child be successful in securing a spot for the trip, you will be contacted to arrange the payment of the deposit on parentpay.
Please note that once payments have been received they are non-refundable
