Dear Parent/Carer,
There is a planned change to our student email accounts, which will help us to improve our digital systems and security.
From Friday 29th August, your child’s school email address will change to a new format: StudentID@str.latlearner.org.uk
Please note that:
- After this date, students will no longer be able to log in using their old email address or Chromebook login.
- All student passwords will be reset on Friday 29th August.
- New login details will be issued to students by staff during the first days back in school.
- These changes do not affect Post-16 students, who will continue to use their current StudentID@LAT16.org.uk email address.
This update will not affect students’ access to Google Classroom or their current online learning resources – everything will remain in place under their new account.
We appreciate your support in helping your child remember to use their new email address and to keep their new password secure once they receive it.
