Dear Year 10 Parents/Guardians,
I am writing to inform you of an unavoidable change to the planned fieldwork for Year 10 students, scheduled for next week.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen minibus mechanical failures, we are unable to proceed with the fieldwork as planned. We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this late notice may cause.
The safety of our students is always our top priority, and without reliable transportation, we cannot ensure a safe and successful trip.
We are actively working to reschedule this important educational experience. We aim to arrange new dates for the fieldwork within the opening three weeks of the next academic year. We will communicate these new dates to you as soon as they are confirmed.
