We are looking forward to welcoming you to our Year 11 Parents’ Evening on Thursday 26th March 2026 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM to discuss your child’s progress and successes.
We are aware that this evening clashes with our school production of Mary Poppins. To ensure you can support our performers while still meeting with your child’s teachers, please note the following adjustments:

Managing the Schedule Clash
- Book Early Slots: If you plan to attend the Mary Poppins show, we strongly advise you to book your Parents’ Evening appointments for the earliest available time slots.
- Requesting Feedback: If you are unable to secure an early slot or cannot attend the evening due to the performance, please contact the relevant college team. We will work with teaching staff to ensure you receive the necessary feedback regarding your child’s progress.
- Teacher Selection: As a reminder, if your child has more than one teacher for a subject, please select only one teacher for that appointment to help manage the schedule.
Event Logistics
Entry Point: Due to the production taking place in the main hall, please enter the academy through the back entrance located by the main car park. Student attendants will be in the car park to direct you to the correct entrance.
Results Collection: Regardless of the clash, your child will still be able to collect their latest assessment results during the evening.
