Dear Parents and Carers,
Thank you for your continued support throughout this academic year. I am writing to confirm the arrangements for the end of term on Friday 17 July, when we will conclude the academic year at 1.30 pm.
During the morning, pupils will take part in their college reward assemblies as well as their normal lessons. Please ensure that they attend school with their usual equipment, as per their standard timetable.
Pupils will be dismissed from 1.30 pm. Although we have informed the bus companies of the early finish, we are unable to guarantee that their usual service will be available. With this in mind, please make appropriate arrangements for your child to travel home safely. If you would like your child to remain in the academy until 3.20 pm, please contact your college team to make the necessary arrangements.
