Follow-up: Year 11 Prom 2026 – Deposit Reminder
Following our initial letter on December 10th, 2025, this is a friendly reminder regarding the upcoming deadline for the Year 11 Prom deposit.
To secure your child’s attendance at the Prom on Friday, July 10th, 2026, please ensure the £25 non-refundable deposit is paid via Parent Pay by:
Deadline: Thursday, 12th February 2026
The Prom will be held at the Corn Exchange, Rochester, and the ticket price of £50 includes venue hire, decoration, meal, a DJ, photography, and awards.
Please be reminded of the full payment schedule:

**Full Payment Option Available: Pay the entire amount of £50 at any point, via ParentPay.
We encourage you to discuss the ‘Passport to Prom’ incentive with your child, as meeting the attendance, intervention, and conduct targets can contribute towards the final ticket cost.
