Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 weekly transition sessions

Subject: Leigh Academy Strood – Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6  weekly transition sessions

I am writing to you today as Principal of Leigh Academy Strood. We are proud to be the school of choice and are privileged to welcome you to our vibrant and supportive community.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful transition for Primary students who are currently in  Years 4, 5 and  6 and we believe it is vital to maintain early relationships with both parents and students.

To achieve this, we are planning our second series of weekly sessions from our subject areas. We believe this is a fantastic opportunity to alleviate any anxieties your children may have about starting secondary school and in turn foster a positive relationship between our school and yourselves.

The transition taster sessions will run throughout the year inviting students to our successful academy and giving them an opportunity to experience activities delivered by our staff.

Our sessions will  take place on the following dates between 4 and 5 pm.
